Jujutsu & Judo in Karate

Traditional Okinawa karate has many techniques derived from Toide, Traditional Judo and Traditional Jujutsu. These throwing and restraining techniques show up in many Shorin-Ryu Karate kata and when employed always follow a strike or kick in the Seiyo Kai Shorin-Ryu Karate system.
